1. Do we use cookies?

Almost none. Virtual Date Reviews is built to be light and privacy-first. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party marketing pixels. What little we store exists to remember your privacy choice and to count traffic in aggregate.

2. What we store, and where

When you respond to our privacy banner, we save your choice (accepted or declined) under the key crc_consent in your browser's local storage. Local storage is not a cookie and is never sent to our servers; it simply stops us asking again on every visit. You can erase it any time by clearing site data for this domain.

3. Privacy-first analytics

If you accept, we load cookie-free analytics that measure aggregate page views and general traffic patterns without setting identifying cookies or building a personal profile. If you decline, this never runs. This is how we improve the site while respecting your privacy. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

4. Everflow link tracking

Links to Swipey include Everflow tracking parameters in the URL so we can see which content is helpful. These parameters travel with the click; they are not cookies we set on your device from this site. We earn no third-party affiliate commission from rival apps.

5. Third-party services

When you follow a link to an app's official site or the Swipey Discord, that destination may set its own cookies under its own policy. We do not control those and encourage you to review each service's cookie and privacy notices.

6. Managing your preferences

You are always in control. Decline the banner to keep non-essential analytics off, clear your browser's site data to reset every choice, or use your browser's privacy settings to block storage entirely. The core site works fully either way.

7. Changes and contact
